Privacy

No account, no server, no analytics. This page lists every request the app can make, what sets it off, and what goes with it.

Where your portfolio lives

In a database file inside your profile folder on your own disk. Give the profile a password and that file is encrypted; copying it is your backup. There is no cloud copy, and nobody else has one, the author included.

Every connection the app makes

Price and rate lookups carry the ticker or the currency pair they need, and nothing about you: no account, no device identifier, no holdings or amounts.

The assistant, if you switch it on

The AI assistant is off until you connect a provider. It then asks before it reads your portfolio and asks again before every change, and only the parts you allow are sent, to the provider you chose, under that provider's own privacy policy.

What never leaves your computer

Your transactions, holdings, balances, account names, notes, goals and plans, and the figures worked out from them. There is no server here that could receive them and no analytics in the app.
