Stonqs records your own investments and works out figures from them. The software and this website are not investment, tax or legal advice. Prices and other market data come from free third-party services, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness; your broker's own statements are what counts. Use is, as far as the law allows, without warranty under the licence (AGPL-3.0).

The names of brokers, exchanges, data providers, AI providers and other services and programs are named to describe which files, sources and interfaces the software can handle and where it is available. They are trademarks of their respective owners. Stonqs is not affiliated with any of them and is not supported or recommended by any of them. The Windows version is offered through the Microsoft Store like any other app; the Store badge is a trademark of Microsoft and is used according to its guidelines.

The names of other software products are named in order to compare Stonqs with them factually. The comparisons rest on the publicly available statements of the respective providers, each as at the date of checking named on the page in question. These names too are trademarks of their respective owners; there is no affiliation and no endorsement.
